BrighterBox

A new jobs platform for graduates in London. BrighterBox are building the go-to service for graduates searching for employment, and employers looking for a verified selection of the best candidates. 




Challenge
BrighterBox are an exciting new approach to the graduate recruiting sector. As well as a platform for listing opportunites for graduates and employers, BrighterBox are also establishing themselves as a resource for sharing knowledge on the transition between education and industry.












Approach
In collaboration with the founders of BrighterBox we established the key values that their brand would represent. Confident, energetic, ambitious and genuine became the four pillars of our development process.
BrighterBox had prepared research reports that gave insight to their sector. These assets became the basis of our creative direction.
Spanning identity, online, offline and marketing channels we built a brand language that reflected vibrancy, ambition and opportunity.
















ATS
Powering the candidate experience we built a custom ATS (Applicant Tracking System) which is used daily by the BrighterBox team to review, track and connect all candidates and clients.








Result
To launch the business we built a digital platform that would host the candidate signup experience, the job application process, and a news channel that would become a library of useful resources and industry insight.
