Known for creating contemporary interpretations of the classic. PAPER London are modern femininity captured through bold and colourful collections.




Challenge
Online retail is an increasingly important aspect of the customer experience. Paper London were expanding their reach to international markets and needed an innovative and accessible platform.
Paper London commissioned us to migrate their online store and digital process’ to a new platform which could offer enhanced stock control, fulfilment management and in-depth conversion tracking.








Approach
In partnership with the team at Paper we prepared a review of all current systems and their desired functionality. Focussing on Paper’s seasonal photography we customised the Shopify structure for edge-to-edge images and kept typographical elements minimal.








Result
We helped Paper to launch an updated retail platform which gave prominence to their seasonal collections and presented an accessible journey for customers. A series of APIs and additional software were also added to allow automation between fulfilment providers, plus measurable analytics of the customer experience.
